Welcome to our website!

little girl with teddyCCRS is a faith-based charity providing professional social care services to children and families of all faiths and of none. We were established in 1886 and have decades of experience of working for and on behalf of children.

Whatever help we can give to vulnerable children there is always more to do and the demand for our services never diminishes, whether they involve our foster placements for children at risk, our supporting people units for homeless young mothers and their babies, our children’s homes, our family support teams giving practical and emotional help to families in crisis, our drop in shops and centres which provide friendship to the lonely or our new child contact service helping estranged parents act in the best interests of their children.

This is the work we were founded for, improving the lives of children and their families is our mission and we will continue to do it to the best of our ability.

The site provides information about our services and our commitment to protect and support children and families in the North West, especially those who are marginalised and isolated. We do hope you will find our website informative and would welcome your comments...
