A very successful and enjoyable dinner dance was held on 20th April at the Alma Lodge in aid of the Catholic Children’s Rescue Society. The event was organized by Anthony and Maria Sivori with their colleagues and friends in the Catenian Association.
The Sivoris have been friends and supporters of Catholic Rescue for many years and wanted to help fundraise particularly for the Post Adoption Service. This service helps adoptive families, parents and relatives whose children were placed for adoption, and particularly adults who were adopted as children.
The 200 guests enjoyed an excellent meal, were entertained by Catenian Tom Ball who was also the MC for the night and danced to the music of ” Mid Life Crisis”.
The event raised the magnificent sum of £2,265.86
